Biography

I work mostly with children and adolescents in schools, in a person-centred way, providing a

safe space for the client to explore feelings and speak openly.

Helping young people to process issues such as anxiety, bullying, stress, identity,

behavioural issues, grief, and bereavement. Art therapy can help clients to see more clearly

what is going on for them and explore those feelings.

I studied Art Psychotherapy with the Art Therapy Northern Programme, Sheffield,

graduating in 2022 and have experience working with young people with ASD, learning

difficulties, physical disabilities, carers, and young people from the LGBTQ+ community.

My career history includes supporting adults with learning disabilities, carers and more

recently work as a mental health mentor with university students.
