My name is Louise and I am a qualified BAPT registered play therapist, filial therapist and Certified Theraplay® practitioner. I have a background in social work and have worked with children and families for over 25 years.

I am passionate about working with children and their families, to help them recover from difficult experiences, and supporting the family and professional network in understanding the needs of children and the magic of play.

Within my clinical work I have specialised in working with children who have experienced abuse and trauma and I have worked with Looked After and adopted children. I have also worked within a bereavement service and I have provided schools-based play therapy.

Out of work I am passionate about yoga, mindfulness and wild swimming and I love to hang out with my dog.
