PERSON CENTRED COUNsELLING

Person-Centred Counselling Person-centred approach to counselling facilitates a positive therapeutic alliance and allows you, the client, to have autonomy over your journey within the counselling process. At times your counsellor may integrate elements from other approaches such as cognitive behaviour therapy, solution focused therapy and psycho-education as this can enhance the counselling experience.

WHY WOULD I NEED COUNsELLING

Why would I need Counselling? Are you feeling overwhelmed? Worried? Distressed? If you would like to talk to someone about your feelings, discuss your problems and find a way forward without the worry of being judged. Counselling could be for you! Accessing counselling and talking to someone who you can build a trusting, supportive relationship with is a great way to improve your emotional wellbeing.
