360 degrees Management Appraisal

It's quite daunting offering your team the chance to complete an anonymized 360* Appraisal of my management style, especially as I know I have high standards. But I decided that it was the best way for me to know if the team felt there was enough management oversight, support and challenge so I had RI Katie Popple create a questionnaire for the team, collate the results and share at my appraisal. It was quite nerve wracking. I decided we should record it too so that I can revisit the feedback and change things that seem fair to do, as long as there was no expectation of standards slipping. The video is a long one, but for transparency it's here to watch if anyone wants to know what goes on behind the scenes!
