eQuiPT Therapeutic Services is a specialist, trauma-informed therapy provider — a registered CIC and charity (no. 1216988) rated Good by Ofsted. We deliver play, art, drama, filial, and EMDR therapies to children and families affected by adoption, special guardianship, trauma, and emotional distress across South Yorkshire.
We are seeking three founding Trustees to join our newly registered CIC Board. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the governance, strategy and future direction of a values-led organisation at a critical point in its growth.
We are particularly keen to hear from professionals with expertise in:
Children's services, social care or mental health
Law, compliance or CIC/charity governance
Finance, fundraising or grant management
Marketing, communications or HR
Education or SEND
What the role involves:
Board meetings take place every two months, alternating between in-person (Barnsley) and online. The role is voluntary, and full induction will be provided.
